Monday, July 6th, 2009

Allied Wallet is a credit card processor which offers some of the most reliable and secure merchant account solutions, and unlike many processors, we do not have any hidden online credit card processor costs and fees. Because we want our merchants to understand what we can do for them, we here at Allied Wallet decided to divulge exactly how our credit card processing system actually works.

The process will vary from one merchant account type to another. Allied Wallet’s most common solution is the use of Allied Wallet’s secure payment page, which is customizable with your own logo and color layout, here is how it works:

1) Allied Wallet is integrated within your website, and set up to accept payments through a checkout process such as your websites shopping cart, we are integrated with the following carts: OSCommerce, ZenCart, and Virtuemart. In addition, we can setup and integration with nearly any other cart you may decide to use.

2) Potential consumers surf the internet and come across your website, they see something they want to buy and add it to the shopping cart and then checkout with the intent to purchase.

3) The client must then enter their personal and credit card information to verify the payment and they then click the “submit” or “purchase” button.

4) Allied Wallet then verifies that the consumer’s information with their bank which then issues a green light to Allied Wallet to go ahead and process that payment.

5) Finally, Allied Wallet tells the consumers bank to go ahead and send the payment over to your merchant account’s bank, finalizing the payment transaction.

Allied Wallet always uses SSL encryption and other in house cutting edge, anti-fraud technology to make sure both the consumers and the merchants are not being swindled. Allied Wallet also takes the utmost precaution to make sure our system is stable and reliable. We boast a 99.99% uptime to guarantee your company will never miss out on lost revenue.
